Training is about action, not book ideas.
The word education and training is used together, which usually does not take into account the difference between the two, but perhaps they are considered synonymous, but in reality it is not so. Education and training are two different words and both have different meanings, but they are also inseparable from each other. That is, education cannot be perfect without training, while training is not possible without education.
Training has been completely neglected in the modern education system. That is, the training process has almost been kept aside from the activity that is carried out in the name of education in our modern educational institutions. Perhaps by performing educational activity, it is understood that it will automatically achieve training. There is no need to do separate and regular work for this, although this is a completely wrong concept.
The result of ignoring the training process today is that the educated people coming out of our educational institutions are in dire need of separate training later. Unfortunately, degrees are obtained from existing educational institutions, but the quality of ethics and character remains very low. To illustrate the difference between the two, the biggest comedian in the history of cinema, Charlie Chaplin, narrated an incident that he narrated at some point.

I am proud of my father since that day. That scene was the most beautiful show of my life, more than the show that we could not see in the circus that day, and since then I believe that training is related to practical models, not just book ideas.
